SJC Legal is currently managing the recruitment process for a full service Regional law firm. The firm is looking to strengthen its residential conveyancing team due to rapid expansion with the addition of a residential conveyancing case assistant. My client offers an excellent training structure and has highlighted that it is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress within a reputable firm.
-Assist the fee earners with the conveyancing transaction;
-Ensure that all files managed by the fee earner are processed in a timely manner;
-Handle the administrative work which includes dealing with post in the morning;
-Build a strong relationship with the client when necessary;
-Open the file under the supervision of the case handler; and
-Assist between 1-2 fee earners at one time.
The Candidate skills
-Have the ability to use case management systems;
-Possess experience assisting cases from inception to completion;
-Have excellent interpersonal skill;
-The ability to deliver high levels of client service; and
-Be well organised and have excellent time management.
