My client, a leading regional full service law firm is currently expanding its residential conveyancing team and is looking to recruit a case handler to one of their many Lancashire offices. The firm is looking to expand its residential conveyancing team due to growth within the company. My client offers a genuine route of progression and a possibility of receiving a training contract if the right candidates prove themselves.
-Manage a caseload of conveyancing files that include the sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties;
-Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring excellent client service;
-Effectively manage enquiries that are raised on a sale or purchase; and
-Ensure all documents are in place for the registration of the purchase or sale following completion.
The Candidate skills
-Experience in managing a caseload from inception to completion;
-The ability to efficiently use a case management system;
-Excellent interpersonal skill;
-Strong IT skills;
-The ability to deliver high levels of client service;
-An approachable, enthusiastic manner; and
-Good organisational skills accompanied by excellent time management.
